Owner at Brasserie Onni

January 1, 2024 - Present

Started the small restaurant near Taxinge Castle outside of Nykvarn. Hiring and managing a team of servers and kitchen staff. Ongoing managerial and administrative work, including overseeing employees, applying for permits, and setting the vision and concept. The restaurant features on-site furniture, lighting, and decor largely from recycled materials or kitchen/brewery leftovers; interior tables use dried barley/malt panels and outdoor furniture uses charred scrap lumber (yakisugi).

Product Designer and Developer at Sudio

Lead product designer shaping speakers, headphones, and accessories; designing audio products including tuning, UI, and packaging; rendering imagery, sketching concepts, and prototyping in multiple fidelities; collaborating with the CEO to set direction; daily collaboration with engineers and factories in China.
