Performed manual and API testing, managed test environments, tracked defects, and presented results to stakeholders to ensure end-to-end quality and continuous feedback.

Owned deployment, testing, release, and maintenance of the CrossEngage multi-channel campaign platform; contributed directly to platform stability and scalability; partnered closely with Product Owner and Frontend/Backend teams to ensure seamless feature integration and timely releases. Established consistent testing practices across multiple components, reducing regressions and improving release confidence. Managed QA processes across CI, Jira, and related tooling to support scalable delivery.
