Hi, I’m Sanjana. A Product and UX Designer with five years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Service Design, and a Master’s in Design Management. My practice sits at the intersection of these fields, where design meets business and human behaviour. Service Design taught me to align user needs with business goals. Design Management taught me how to organise chaos, foster collaboration, and think strategically. But at my core, I’m a builder. Digital products are where I get tactical, diving into the details with my favourite tool (Figma, obviously). If the product is complex and the brief is messy, that’s when I do my best work. Over the years, I’ve led projects from research and stakeholder/discovery workshops through to delivery, testing, and developer handoffs. I’ve built user flows, defined information architectures, designed interfaces, experiences, and design systems, and much more. I’ve also worked on Healthtech, Fintech, Agri-tech, Legal-tech, and SaaS platforms, translating complexity into clear, accessible digital experiences that actually make life easier for users. Beyond that, I’ve created value propositions, business model canvases, personas, archetypes, design workshops, customer journeys, and design sprints, all to reach my main aim: Bridging and combining different tools, from various types of design, to provide holistic digital solutions. Design doesn’t belong in silos, and neither does my approach. Alongside the very talented team and incredible leaders at Core Marketing Partners (my current workplace), we’ve pitched and won four back-to-back client projects and delivered them on short timelines, all in a span of a few months, proving that I can sell a vision, align stakeholders, and keep the momentum alive. One of my favourite projects involved a post-project retrospective that uncovered a hidden revenue drain in our internal process. Fixing it didn’t just save money; it reshaped how our team worked. That moment reminded me that design’s impact often starts before you start creating; in how we think, communicate, and lead. (If you were wondering, this is where my design management chops come into play.) Thank you for reading this far. I look forward to chatting about how we could create some of those “wouldn’t it be cool if…” moments together.
