    The goal was to create a complete presentation-ready visual package that would help the developer communicate the architecture, interior atmosphere, materials, layout, and lifestyle of the future home before construction was completed.

    My work included Architectural Rendering, 3D Modeling, Interior Rendering, Exterior Rendering, Photorealistic 3D Rendering, 360° panoramas, and the creation of a complete interactive 3D house tour.

    For the exterior visualization, I focused on building proportions, facade materials, glazing, reflections, sunlight, shadows, landscaping, environmental context, and the relationship between the architecture and its surroundings.

    For the interior visualization, I developed photorealistic scenes for the key residential spaces, including living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other functional zones. Special attention was given to furniture scale, circulation, material combinations, lighting, styling, camera composition, and the overall atmosphere of the home.

    The 360° tour became especially valuable for the developer as part of the real estate marketing strategy. It allowed potential buyers and investors to explore the future home more naturally, understand the spatial relationships between rooms, experience the atmosphere of the interiors, and imagine themselves inside the property before it was built.
