Led a two-person design team, overseeing all design across 67 stores nationwide. Collaborated with department heads and Directors to align on design strategy and objectives. Produced design assets for marketing campaigns, managed materials and color quality with production teams, and led digital design (website assets, email campaigns, social). Also guided in-store marketing materials, app design contributions, photoshoots, third-party artwork approvals (e.g., McDonald’s), and assets for influencer events.
