I am a multidisciplinary musician, audio engineer, and video producer with a BA in Communications from Hunter College, where I specialized in Electronic Music and minored in Education. I also studied audio engineering at The New School for Social Research. Over the years I have recorded and documented music for Avant-Garde and Jazz artists, and I’ve collaborated with multi-cultural dance troupes in New York.\n\nBeyond recording, I have produced and taught audio/video for Basement Recordings in Brooklyn and managed video production for the Billie Holiday Theater. I've worked as a cameraman with Drum Television in Harlem, shot major events like the African American Day Parade and the Million Woman March, and contributed to multicultural AV projects with Lotus Music & Dance Studios in Manhattan as well as my own ventures. My credits include recording Steve Reid's Rhythmatism (1976), Sam Rivers at Studio Rivbea, and Jameel Moondock's first album live at the Public Theater (1980).
