Sean Ryan

I have been working in the media industry for twelve years and editing for over ten.

I have a vast amount of experience creating broadcast, factual, social and branded content, working closely with producers and clients to tight deadlines.

I have a great deal of experience creating social media and commercial content. I have worked with companies such as Gymshark, Samsung, Audible, BBC Earth and Huawei and have created hundreds of videos that have reached literally millions of unique users. I have also created feature and short films, documentaries, adverts, music videos, branded and live content.

For broadcast, I have worked on Blue Chip natural history programming such as The Green Planet and Dynasties II as well as other factual entertainment shows such as Bargain Hunt, Countryfile and Springwatch.

I have a true passion for storytelling and love working with producers and directors to realise a shared vision. I have a strong editorial eye and am happiest when crafting narratives, fine tuning edits to find the absolute best story possible from the raw footage.

I am comfortable with Premiere, Avid, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve and FCPX.
