Sepideh Bazazi

Bespoke textile designer specialising in rug and surface pattern design, combining hand-based motif research and colour composition with digital development. I translate conceptual and emotional ideas into structured patterns that work for both hand and machine weaving, and I also create small experimental woven pieces to explore material, rhythm, and texture through making.

Alongside professional pattern design and production work with rug producers, I provide private training focused on pattern literacy, motif recognition, and design correction—helping designers strengthen technical understanding and design quality. I’m self-motivated, reflective, and practice-led, and I’m now expanding my work beyond rug design into broader culturally grounded textile and surface design contexts.
