I run osoro, a one-person studio in Switzerland. Most projects lose something in the handoff. The design gets approved, then a developer who was not in the room rebuilds it approximately, and the thing that made it good quietly disappears. I do both halves, so that gap never opens. In practice that means I take a Figma file or a rough brief and hand back a finished, deployed site. Framer when speed and client editing matter. Astro, React and Tailwind on Cloudflare when it needs to be fast and custom. GSAP when the scroll has to do real work. Recent work: a Swiss practitioner's site I designed, built, and still host and maintain, a hospitality brand where five separate listings became one place, a bilingual site for an e-learning product, and a password-gated client portal that runs on Notion alone and generates Swiss QR invoices. I am Swiss-trained, I work in German, English and Spanish, and I answer my own email.

Industry Experience

Software & Internet, Media & Entertainment, Education, Professional Services, Computers & Electronics
Service: 8 Vertical Reels From Your Footage, Captioned, 5 Days

Fixed price 650 USD for 8 reels · 5 working days · 1 revision per reel

You filmed the thing. It is sitting on a drive, and it has been sitting there a while.

Send me the footage. You get eight vertical cuts back, each one finding the moment that actually holds attention and cutting everything around it that does not.

    What you get, per reel

    • 20 to 60 seconds, 9:16, ready for Reels, TikTok and Shorts
    • Every pause, restart and dead moment cut out
    • Burned-in captions, styled and readable, timed to speech rather than auto-generated drift
    • Levels balanced so it is not quiet next to everything else in the feed
    • Delivered as MP4, plus SRT files if you want them

    What I need

The raw footage and a sentence about who it is for. If you have a preference about which moments matter, tell me. If not, I will pick.

Talking-head, podcast and interview footage is where this works best.

    Not included

Filming, scripting, motion graphics, sound design, stock licensing, posting and scheduling.

    Add-ons

4 extra reels at +280 USD · rush 48 hours at +200 USD · custom caption styling to your brand at +150 USD.

Service: Gmail-Safe HTML Email Template, Built and Tested

    Fixed price 550 USD · 3 working days · 2 revisions

Newsletters break in ways websites do not. Gmail strips your CSS, Outlook ignores your layout, and the thing you approved on a desktop preview arrives looking broken on the phone where most people read it.

I build the template properly: table-based structure, inline styles, real fallbacks. It survives the clients that actually matter instead of only looking right in the builder.

    What you get

    • One master template in your brand, built for Mailchimp or your platform
    • Tested across Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook and mobile
    • Reusable content blocks so future sends are assembly, not rebuilding
    • Dark-mode behaviour handled rather than left to chance
    • Images optimised and hosted correctly
    • A short walkthrough on duplicating it for the next send

Add the first campaign and I will lay out your content in it and set the send up ready for your finger on the button.

    Not included

Copywriting (add-on), list management, deliverability and domain authentication, automation flows.

    Add-ons

First campaign laid out and scheduled at +250 USD · copywriting for the first send at +300 USD · a second template variant at +200 USD.

Service: Notion Back Office, Clients, Projects and Invoices, 4 Days

    Fixed price 850 USD · 4 working days · 2 revisions

Most freelancers and small studios run their business across four apps and one anxious memory. This replaces that with one place that tells you what is owed, what is late and what is next.

I build the whole thing in your Notion workspace, using the way you already work rather than forcing you into someone else’s system.

    What gets built

    • Clients, Projects, Invoices and Leads, properly related so nothing is typed twice
    • Formulas that do the money: totals, deposits, outstanding balance, payment status
    • Views that answer real questions, including who owes me money and what is late
    • A lead pipeline with a follow-up date on every row, because a lead without a date is a bookmark
    • Templates so a new client or project is one click, not fifteen minutes

    What you get

The live workspace, a short recorded walkthrough, and a one-page cheat sheet for the three things you will do every week.

I run my own studio on a version of this. It generates my offers and my invoices.

    Not included

Data migration from another tool beyond 50 records, custom API integrations, your Notion subscription, ongoing admin.

    Add-ons

Migration of existing records at 200 USD · a client-facing portal page quoted separately · automated recurring invoices at 300 USD.

Service: Investor and Pitch Deck Design, 15 to 20 Slides, 3 Days

    Fixed price 750 USD · 3 working days · 2 revisions

You have the story. It is sitting in a Google Doc, a half-finished deck and your head, and the meeting is soon.

Send me what you have, however rough. I will come back with a deck that makes the argument in the order an investor actually needs to hear it, designed so the slide supports what you are saying instead of competing with it.

    What I do

    • Restructure the narrative first, because a beautiful deck with a broken argument still loses the room
    • Design 15 to 20 slides on a real type and layout system, not a template
    • Turn your numbers into charts that can be read from the back of a room
    • Write the headline on every slide, since that is the line people remember
    • Deliver in Figma so you can keep editing, plus PDF for sending

    What you get

The editable Figma file, an export-ready PDF, and speaker notes on any slide where the visual needs a spoken line to land.

Deck already exists and just needs to stop looking homemade? Say so, I price that lower.

    Not included

Financial modelling, market research, writing the business case from scratch, custom illustration, animation.

    Add-ons

Extra slides at 35 USD each · rush 48 hours at +250 USD · a second language version (DE, EN, ES) at +150 USD.

    osoro.studio, hand-coded rather than assembled

    ![osoro studio](https://www.twine.net/signin

    Live: https://www.twine.net/signin

My own studio site, hand-coded rather than assembled. Astro 5 with React islands, Tailwind, GSAP for the scroll choreography, deployed on Cloudflare.

Why it is built this way

The homepage is built around pinned scroll sections where type and layout do the narrative work, instead of a carousel doing it for them. The pinning is justified by the content rather than applied as decoration: each pin holds a single idea still long enough to be read.

Accessibility and performance are checked in CI on every commit rather than audited once at the end, which is the difference between a site that is fast on launch day and a site that stays fast.

    Stack

Astro 5, React 19, Tailwind 4, GSAP, Cloudflare Pages. A strict grid and a pronounced type contrast carry the visual identity, so the design does not depend on imagery it does not have.

learn-e, selling a method instead of a feature list

    ![learn-e](https://www.twine.net/signin

Live: https://www.twine.net/signin (German) and https://www.twine.net/signin (English)

learn-e is Cleverclip’s custom e-learning product: bespoke courses built on storytelling, clear structure and learning psychology rather than slide decks with a quiz bolted on. I did the brand and the web presence, designed and built in Framer.

Built as Interactive Media Designer at Cleverclip GmbH, Bern, not as an independent client engagement.

    The problem the layout solves

The site had to sell a method, not a feature list, to buyers who have all sat through corporate e-learning that did not work. The audience already has a mental model of what e-learning is, and the job was to displace it rather than add to it.

So the argument is built as a sequence of oppositions. Four parallel statements carry the middle of the page: Stories statt Slides, Sehen statt Lesen, Micro statt Monster, Können statt Wissen. Each one names the familiar thing and its replacement in the same breath.

That structure is the design decision. A skim reader gets the entire proposition in four lines. A careful reader gets four sections to go into. The page never has to repeat itself.

    Craft

Four genuine breakpoint bands rather than one layout scaled down: mobile to 809px, tablet 810 to 1138px, desktop 1139 to 1439px, and a wide band from 1440px. Shipped bilingual in German and English as a real localisation rather than a machine-translated afterthought. DM Sans carries the page with Inter for interface and detail text.

Naturheilpraxis Nadja, a site built by subtraction

    ![Naturheilpraxis Nadja](https://www.twine.net/signin

    Live: https://www.twine.net/signin

A naturopath on Lake Thun, working alone. She needed a page that felt like her practice rather than a clinic, and that she would never have to think about again.

    Structure

One page, ordered the way a nervous first-time client thinks: what will this feel like, what do you offer, who are you, what happens if I call. The offer list comes before her biography on purpose, because people arrive with a symptom, not with curiosity about her.

The decision I am most sure about was taking something out

There is no booking form. Every call to action goes to one phone number. That was a real argument during the project and it was the right call: her clients want to describe what is wrong before they commit, and she wants to hear it before choosing a treatment. A form would have turned a human conversation into ordering a product.

    Craft

Three genuinely separate responsive layouts rather than one design scaled down: mobile base, tablet at 810px, desktop at 1200px. The tablet range is the one most sites skip, and for this audience it is not optional. A deliberate type pairing, 24 real photographs and no stock, prices stated plainly on the page.

I host and maintain the site on an annual agreement, so this is a live relationship rather than a delivered file.

Drop In Costa Rica, five listings became one brand

    ![Drop In Costa Rica](https://www.twine.net/signin

    Live: https://www.twine.net/signin

A family runs five houses and a yoga shala in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. The houses lived as scattered Airbnb listings with no shared face, and every booking paid a platform cut. I gave them one brand, one site, and a booking flow that sends guests direct.

    The hard part

El Camino is a house that can be booked whole or split into a loft and a ground floor. Book any one of the three and the others have to close. Get it wrong once and two families arrive at the same door.

I prototyped that logic as a custom React calendar embedded in Framer as a code component with property controls, parsing the Airbnb iCal feeds line by line, merging up to three feeds into one blocked-dates set, and computing seasonal pricing across four rate bands. A private Cloudflare Worker handles the CORS proxy, because Airbnb blocks the public ones outright.

What serves production today is Smoobu, off the shelf. For a family business that has to keep running when I am not available, a maintained platform beats a bespoke calendar whose only maintainer is me. Building the custom version is what made the off-the-shelf configuration correct on the first try. Knowing when to hand your own code over to something boring is part of the job.

    Infrastructure nobody briefed

The site’s traffic was visibly wrong, so I configured Cloudflare bot filtering. It did nothing for weeks. The root cause was not the configuration: the domain was still delegated to the old host’s nameservers, so Cloudflare was never in the request path. Fixing it meant rebuilding the full DNS zone including the mail records so the family’s email survived the switch.

Design and build end to end. Film shot and cut by me. Photography art-directed with Lars Biery.
