About
Hi, I’m Shalini Gupta, a VFX Project Manager and 3D/FX Specialist based in Delhi, India. I build end-to-end CGI production pipelines for advertising, 3D video, UI integration, and branded content, leading cross-functional teams of 3–5 artists and delivering on-time, on-budget results. I’m proficient at setting scope, budgeting, and risk management, and I love turning complex briefs into polished deliverables with scalable ClickUp-based workflows.
Beyond project management, I partner with clients to ensure alignment with brand and business goals, maintain revision control, and continuously improve processes. My experience spans commercial, healthcare, lifestyle, and educational sectors, and I’m comfortable collaborating with international teams in remote setups to achieve high-quality outcomes.
