Hi, I’m Thomas Shane Hackler, a Phoenix-based audio and lighting engineer with over 20 years of live sound and stage tech experience. I’ve worked with live bands, DJs, theater productions, and venue staff to deliver high-quality sound and reliable lighting, manage gear, and keep shows on schedule across the Southwest.

I thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy troubleshooting gear and mentoring staff, and am comfortable operating both analog and digital consoles, monitor and FOH mixes, wedges and in-ear monitors. I’m open to relocation and excited to bring my hands-on expertise to new venues and projects.
