Based in London, I've been described by many as a creative director who's not afraid to embrace and experience cultures both locally and globally. I've earned my stripes by designing and branding across a range of design disciplines that include brand positioning, creative strategy, brand architecture, naming, and brand expression. I’ve enjoyed working in various sectors, such as; mass-market and premium consumer goods, destination and nation branding, energy, finance, telecom, transportation and travel, even future innovation. After graduating with a BA (Hons) Degree in Graphic Design from the prestigious Kent Institute of Art and Design, I worked at some of London’s top design consultancies. It was there I honed my craft while working on corporate identity and packaging for some of the biggest brands in the UK, such as Diageo, GlaxoSmithKline, Guinness, Le Creuset, Safeway, Sainsbury’s, UK Athletics, and United Distillers. Following an amazing work stint with Landor in London, I was invited to add creative muscle to Landor's Middle East studio in Dubai – what a challenge! I was eventually given the responsible of building and leading teams, and driving high-profile projects for public, governmental, commercial, and sovereign entities. Over the years I have gained a tonne of branding and client experience in the United Kingdom, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, Turkey, India, and South Asia. I believe in the storytelling nature of good design and its ability to affect culture, provoke behaviour, and agitate change. This fuels my quest for finding the sou l of the idea, especially to help overcome the real-world challenges that all brands face today. In my down time, I’m constantly on the look out to capture poignant and powerful photo moments that open windows and start conversations about our curiosity and our cultural identity.
