Pricing: - I am responsible for the implementation within account responsibility of the RSA BDF Pricelist, trading terms and the financial consequences accompanied by the relevant documentation thereof. - It is my responsibility to liaise with Customer Services department on issues relating to order processing and management, any pricing discrepancies, DC infill rate tracking, Managing Out of Stock issues and ultimately finding the correct resolution of any related issues. Administration: - I ensure that all information relating to the accounts I am responsible for is clearly filed electronically on the BDF Shared drive and that these are up to date as all times.
