Hi Delaney,
This is Shivanna Sooknanan. We met briefly on a zoom call with Design Action earlier this year.
I am a Scenic and Costume Designer based in NYC.
Last year I was able to open Hell’s Kitchen Broadway, Hadestown 2nd Tour, Harry Potter Magical Train Ride along with working for different designers, working on other shows I’ve designed, and working on other my own theatrical projects.
I am currently working on a couple projects with David Korins along with designing my own shows.
Other than my own designs as scenic/costumes I’ve assoc./assistant to David Korins, Derek McLane, Wilson Chin, Clint Ramos, Dede A., Alexander Dodge, Arnulfo, Robert Brill, Jason A-West etc. I’ve continued to work with amazing designers like Anna Louizos, Rachel Hauk, Dots etc.
