Translated womenswear design concepts into detailed product specifications for luxury collections catering primarily to the European market, collaborating cross-functionally on fabric selection, trims, and seasonal development timelines. Worked closely with Italian mills and European manufacturers to develop prototypes, manage sampling cycles, and ensure on-time delivery across key collection milestones. Conducted market and material research aligned with European sustainability standards and construction innovations, maintaining accurate tech packs and product documentation throughout development.

Led a team of four designers across multiple collections, coordinating end-to-end product development schedules with production units in Guangzhou, China, including occasional on-site visits, and cross-functional teams for South Asia’s largest retail brand, consistently delivering projects on time. Collaborated with design, merchandising, and production teams to develop 50–100 SKUs across four seasonal drops, ensuring alignment on design intent, quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Established quality standards and testing protocols, and conducted market research on womenswear and athleisure trends and consumer preferences, informing development strategies that contributed to a 15% pro fit increase.
