As the Social Media Manager at Flora Social, I am responsible for: Developing and implementing social media strategies across Instagram and Facebook to increase brand awareness and engagement. Planning monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals, launches, and seasonal trends. Creating and editing photo and short-form video content using Canva and CapCut, ensuring all assets follow brand guidelines. Writing captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive clicks, saves, and shares. Managing the posting schedule, including optimal posting times and platform-specific formats. Monitoring comments, DMs, and community interactions to build strong relationships with followers. Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams on campaign ideas and promotional content. Tracking performance with analytics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth) and optimizing content based on results. Running and optimizing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns to support growth and conversion goals.
