Ran end-to-end user research through qualitative interviews and prototype validation to identify real problems and validate new product opportunities in a real estate marketplace. Defined the information architecture, sitemap, homepage and landings for Layrz, building a consistent digital experience for markets in Brazil, Mexico, Panama and Peru. Designed and maintain the Layrz mobile apps on Google Play Store, taking care of visual consistency, interaction details and follow-up of how features evolve after release. Continuous product design and product management work on AllTank, a SaaS for fuel logistics management in Brazil, keeping consistency between the flows we define and what ships to production. Designed email marketing templates and segmented workflows in HubSpot and Mailchimp, plus blog maintenance in WordPress and Shopify, with a focus on clear and consistent communication. Coordinated teams of up to 5 people under agile methodologies, connecting design, development and international stakeholders. Applied AI tools in the daily workflow to generate app store assets, tailored isometric visuals, ideation, research and task organization in Notion.
