Simone Barnabei

I am an architect and project manager specializing in interior design for retail, hospitality and high-end spaces. I lead cross-border teams, shape concept-to-construction strategies, and collaborate with top studios to deliver bold, functional environments across Europe. My work blends creative vision with practical project management, ensuring designs come to life on time and within budget.

Driven by curiosity and collaborative problem-solving, I thrive on turning complex briefs into elegant spaces, balancing design intent with budget and schedule, from concept through on-site supervision.
