Hi, I’m Alfie Skinner, a Runner / Sound Trainee based in Bristol, UK, with a full clean driving licence and a passion for unscripted film and television. I have hands-on experience in Foley recording, post-production sound mixing, on-set running, and directing, plus professional on-set and post-production exposure.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Filmmaking from UWE Bristol (First Class, 2021-2024). I’m skilled with Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Avid S6, and Adobe Creative Suite, and I have experience with Zoom H5, Zoom F8n, Tascam 701D/552. I can shoot and develop my own 35mm film and have worked across a range of production roles—from running to shadowing dubbing mixers and Foley editors. My recent work includes roles at Doghouse Post-Production, Wounded Buffalo, Audio Uproar, Boom Cymru, Twenty Twenty TV, and a directorial project at UWE Bristol. I’m excited to bring creativity, reliability, and a collaborative spirit to future productions.
