I've been a television & radio presenter since 1988, working with BBC Radio Cymru, BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio 5/5 Live, BBC One Wales, S4C, and Channel 5, among others. I've also performed as a stand-up comedian since 1992 in both Welsh and English, and I’m a noted film reviewer in Wales. Beyond presenting and comedy, I’ve written Welsh-language books and an e-novel, created and presented the comedy panel game Son of a Pitch, and ran Slaycorp Ltd as managing director from 2011 to 2023. My work has included producing programmes for Radio Cymru, Radio Wales, S4C and BBC Radio 4, performing at Machynlleth and the National Eisteddfod, and I’ve had the pleasure of meeting heroes like Pele and Clint Eastwood. I’m inspired by Billy Connolly, Bill Hicks, Phil Silvers, Batman, Jameson’s Irish Whisky, and my Mam.
