Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team of Mechanical Engineering students to design and build a rover for the University Rover Challenge. Served as the sole Software Engineer, developing the rover’s control and monitoring system for telemetry, sensor integration, and autonomous operation. Later adapted this technology to design and manufacture a custom robotic arm as part of PhD research into digital twins and autonomous systems.

Developed and delivered business reporting solutions for the Supply division, enhancing data visibility and operational decision-making. Acted as the sole developer for a major reporting platform supporting Tradeplace, a £250 million business opportunity, aligning technical implementation with commercial and logistical objectives. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to modernize reporting workflows and drive data-informed strategy.

Led the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven Digital Twin systems supporting the UK’s polar research operations. Oversaw the transition of research prototypes into operational software used aboard the RRS Sir David Attenborough for mission planning and autonomous navigation. Managed a cross-disciplinary team integrating AI, data engineering, and marine autonomy to enhance resilience, safety, and efficiency in polar science missions.
