As a Product Design Manager at BYJU’S, I played a pivotal role in developing and launching key products, including the Disney BYJU’S Early Learning App and Vidyartha.com, from concept to completion. My responsibilities included:

• Leading the design team in creating user-centered experiences for the Disney BYJU’S early learning app, resulting in a successful product launch.
• Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to effectively communicate design solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Combining UX thinking with design execution to deliver intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user learning experiences.
• Creating user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes to clearly communicate design ideas and guide development.
• Translating design concepts into functional prototypes for testing and validation.
• Setting up design sprints and managing workload assignments to meet product goals and deadlines.
• Providing strategic direction and mentorship to the design team to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.

This role allowed me to integrate UX principles with design execution, contributing to some of BYJU’S most innovative educational products.

As the Founding Designer at 11Wizards, I led the end-to-end design process for both iOS and Android apps. Starting from scratch, I was responsible for:

• Conducting in-depth user research to understand target users’ needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translating insights into design strategies, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.
• Collaborating closely with product, development, and marketing teams to align design with business goals and technical requirements.
• Overseeing the entire design lifecycle from concept to development, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency across the apps.
• Testing and iterating designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights to optimize usability and engagement.

This project allowed me to shape the design vision and bring the 11Wizards app to life from the ground up.

As the Design Lead at Zoko.io, I drove design strategy and execution across multiple projects. My key responsibilities included:

• Setting design requirements based on inputs from internal teams and insights gathered through user research.
• Analyzing how new products address market demands and align with consumer preferences.
• Collaborating with the tech team to ensure clear and consistent communication across all design and development phases.
• Working closely with product engineers to recommend enhancements for both products and workflows, ensuring optimal user experiences.
• Presenting design concepts and strategies to cross-functional teams and senior leadership for alignment and feedback.
