Maintained the Michelangelo Foundation’s visual assets database. Ensured collected content was cleared in terms of IP rights and adhered to defined planning and priorities for visual asset management. Supported ongoing database quality improvements and identified technical enhancements. Attended quarterly business meetings for the Digital Asset Management platform held at Richemont HQ. Provided visual assets to relevant internal and external stakeholders and prepared galleries.

Content Coordinator at Michelangelo Foundation (Homo Faber Guide)

Integrated content on the Homo Faber Guide through Salesforce: verified that data received from artisans was up to date and corrected backend mistakes so published profile pages displayed accurate information. Renamed images per artisan profile, uploaded them via the Homo Faber CMS, resized and edited imagery with Photoshop to match editorial direction, and created images for different sections and menus on the guide. Created web and mobile banners for upcoming events, launches, collaborations and news. Managed the Homo Faber Guide info mailbox, responding to artisan requests and communicating publication status; provided artisans with a digital kit once profiles were live on the guide’s website.
