Sophie Montminy (SophieM)

I’m a creative storyteller driven by a simple conviction:
a strong story creates clarity, trust, and emotional connection.

With a background in storytelling, documentary production, and brand narrative, I help brands and creative teams transform ideas into meaningful visual narratives that feel human, intentional, and grounded.

My approach is rooted in narrative structure, emotional truth, and cinematic sensibility — focusing on why a story matters before deciding how it should be told. I’m especially drawn to projects that seek depth, coherence, and resonance rather than speed or volume.

Whether I’m shaping a story, refining a message, or collaborating on visual content, my work always begins with listening — and ends with clarity.
