Sara Spånghagen is an animator and illustrator based both in Stockholm and London. She’s been working with brands such as The Bodyshop, IKEA, Royal Opera House London and Ginette. Working in a range of different materials, her work has developed a unique style with lots of textures, crafted backgrounds and distinctive lines. Her film, “Margot”, has been shown in festivals such as London International Animation Festival, The Roanne animation short film festival, Mecal Pro: Barcelona International Short and Animation Festival and more. Since graduating from Kingston School of Art in 2019, Sara has worked as a Junior animator at Local Hero studio in London.
