Hi, I’m Daniel, an aspiring audio engineer and music producer. I have hands-on experience writing, recording, and publishing original music and podcasts, and working on live sound events. I enjoy producing music, working with live sound and am always keen to learn new techniques and tools.
Beyond my job, I’m active with Gosford Musical Society as a performer, member of production teams and backstage crew, including roles such as Assistant Stage Manager, Director’s Assistant and creating sound effects for stage shows. I’m also a drummer and have played in multiple bands and orchestras.
This is the debut album of my band, ‘York St.’ It includes seven full length songs, as well as both an intro and an outro track. In addition to being a member of the band, I was the recording engineer and I mixed and mastered everything.

This is a fan edit I made that combines The Wizard of Oz (1939) and Wicked: For Good (2025) into one extended movie, with all scenes from both movies edited together in chronological order. I made a YouTube video where I discuss the project in more detail:

Please note: this is a fan-made video editing project, made for non-commercial entertainment purposes only. It is not officially sanctioned or endorsed by any of the studios, cast, or crew attached to either of the movies.
This is an episode of a podcast that I worked on in a collaborative group context. This involved writing the script, recording, editing & mixing dialogue/music/sound effects, interviewing a guest, as well as collaboration and teamwork with the others working on the episode.

I was brought in to program and design the sound for Red Tree Theatre’s production of Hadestown: Teen Edition. This was a full-length and completely sung-through musical, and my role involved working on the sound desk to program which character’s microphones needed to be on in each scene, as well as balancing levels and mixing the sound for the backing tracks and the entire cast’s vocals and dialogue.
Casual position to operate audio for the school holiday ‘Bluey’ show. Responsible for setting up equipment, packing away afterwards, monitoring levels, and ensuring nothing went wrong during the show.
Worked as audio assistant for professional sports games at the Gosford Industree Group Stadium. Responsibilities included setting up and packing down PA speakers at stadium entrances, testing microphones pre-game, and replacing faulty microphones and earpieces used by the on-field announcer during the game.
