My career started in agency before moving into an in-house leadership role at Brittain Wynyard, where I led the digital performance strategy across some of New Zealand’s largest lifestyle and retail brands, including ASICS, Birkenstock, Timberland, Wilson, Smartwool and several other ecommerce businesses. I wasn’t just responsible for campaign execution. I owned the strategy, reporting, forecasting, budget management and worked closely with senior leadership to drive commercial growth. Over time I realised I wanted to build something of my own, so I launched VT Digital, a performance marketing consultancy focused on helping ambitious businesses grow through data-driven marketing, AI and high-performing digital strategies. Today I work directly with a range of clients across different industries, leading everything from Google Ads and Meta advertising through to SEO, CRO, analytics, content strategy and AI implementation.
