Dear Twine Team, As a Motion Designer, I’m driven by the challenge of turning abstract ideas into motion that feels alive design that not only looks good but communicates something deeper. That same philosophy has guided my work as a team lead in high-end CGI production, where quality, timing, and collaboration all have to meet perfectly. I’m Stefanos Goudouvas, a 3D Motion Designer and CGI Artist based in Athens, currently working as 3D Animation Production Lead at Rendero (New York). In this role, I oversee and execute the full 3D production pipeline from concept and look development to animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing. I’m responsible for delivering high-quality 3D animation and render projects under tight deadlines, managing timelines and ensuring smooth communication between artists, producers, and clients. Leading a small remote team of 3D artists, I coordinate tasks, review work, and maintain the visual consistency and creative intent across all projects. Core Skills 🎬 2D & 3D Animation: Crafting expressive, cinematic motion that enhances visual storytelling. 🎨 Look Development & Lighting: Creating photorealistic materials and lighting that define tone and atmosphere. ⚙️ Pipeline & Tools: Cinema 4D + Redshift as my core setup, with After Effects, Illustrator, and Procreate for design and compositing. 🤝 Team & Project Management: Comfortable leading creative workflows, setting priorities, and ensuring delivery on schedule. Working remotely has taught me to stay flexible, organized, and proactive maintaining creative energy while driving projects to completion with precision and care.
