About
I am an ERYT-500 Yoga Teacher, Teacher Trainer and Wellness Manager with over 20 years in holistic movement, mindfulness and wellness programming. I founded Peacock Yoga Wellness Centre and create international retreats, trainings and workshops that blend yoga, aerial yoga and mindful movement to support people in thriving bodies and balanced minds.
Based in Thessaloniki, Greece, I design and lead wellness programs, mentor teams, and manage studio operations with a focus on community engagement and accessibility. I love collaborating with diverse communities, guiding transformative experiences, and helping others cultivate sustainable wellbeing through movement, breath and mindful living.
