Collaborated with UK banking stakeholders and global cross-functional teams to modernize a legacy debt collection system aligned with the Hive Design System. Designed end to end user flows for account lifecycle management, led accessibility and usability testing, created user stories and UX documentation and secured multi region stakeholder approvals through pixel-perfect execution and structured reviews.

Delivered end-to-end UX solutions across Automotive, Aerospace, Finance, E-commerce, Gaming and Healthcare domains. Conducted UX audits, user research (qualitative & quantitative) and requirement gathering to align business and user needs. Collaborated with stakeholders, product managers, marketing and development teams to drive strategic decisions. Led client pitches and concept presentations supported by prototypes and competitive research. Created task flows, information architecture, wireframes, visual designs and scalable design systems.

Implemented design systems and brand strategies while leading the design team in close collaboration with Product Management and Development. Managed requirement gathering, user & competitive analysis, and proposal creation to align business and user goals. Delivered personas, wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, and style guides, working closely with frontend teams to ensure seamless implementation.
