Maintain office appearance and restock needed supplies. Cover assistant desks when necessary.

Create coverage for different screenplays, novels, and scripts. Create actor lists from clientele to pitch for different projects. Engage, discuss, and argue the quality of script or actor for a part. Create industry reports surrounding politics, sports, pop culture, etc of the country. Practice the task of pitching a cast or project and all that encompasses.

Sells/Refunds/Exchange tickets for customers. Assist and answer questions of guests over the phone or at the box. Work shows either as Head Ushers or at concessions. Create marketing designs for the shows and events (Meet the Characters, Lyric Lore, etc). Create show-specific podcasts interviewing different artists. Write dramaturgy pieces surrounding topics or people in our season’s productions. Practice pitching a cast or project and all that encompasses.
