Collaborated with suppliers, engineering and 2GW stakeholders to refine requirements, produce user stories and drive alignment, delivering two major releases. Applied Agile methodologies with daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives. Conducted training for 100+ team members on CDE software, achieving a 30% increase in user adoption and a 25% improvement in workflow efficiency.

Created and maintained master data in SAP across multiple domains (customer, packaging, indirect/direct material and vendor). Provided cross-domain training and served as backup across data domains, ensuring continuity of data operations. Supported the Global IGD Team with troubleshooting, data cleansing and compliance with corporate data standards.
