Hi, I’m Tshepang Ramoba, a Johannesburg-based music producer and musician. I’ve been involved in shaping contemporary African sound, working with BLK JKS and collaborating with Moonchild Sanelly to develop the Future Ghetto Funk, which earned Moonchild a SAMA nomination for Rabulapha. I’ve scored tracks for film and television, including Jam Sandwich and It’s Complicated, and produced songs for the FIFA 2010 PlayStation game. I’ve also contributed to BLK JKS’s releases and toured Africa and beyond. Today I’m focused on expanding my solo releases—fourteen releases with thirty songs to date—featured on international radio like BBC 6 and KEXP.
