I’m Tasnim Nedal Mohammad Abdullah, a first-class B.Sc. Pharmacy graduate with a strong focus on computational drug discovery, especially for CNS diseases. I combine a clinical pharmacy foundation with hands-on structure-based drug design—designing and optimizing small molecules, interpreting docking poses, and validating leads through molecular dynamics workflows. I’m proficient in Python, RDKit, PyMOL, and Linux/Shell scripting, and I regularly incorporate physiologically relevant modeling choices such as pH 7.4 protonation handling with AcePKA.
