Hi, I'm Taylor! a marketing strategist and content creator who builds campaigns that actually move people. Brands hire me when they need a strategy that doesn't feel like strategy, creative that hits, and someone who can execute from concept to launch. With 8+ years across nonprofits, consumer brands, and everything in between, I've learned that the best marketing does two things at once: it's thoughtful AND it works. I handle strategy, social media, brand positioning, visual design, creative direction, whatever it takes to make your vision real. I work best with brands that know what they stand for and want to say it in a way people actually listen. If you're tired of generic marketing advice and need a partner who combines strategic thinking with creative instinct, let's talk!

Work Experience

Production Assistant at New Sunday Productions
June 21, 2016 - February 12, 2021
I supported end-to-end production workflows across pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production for film and media projects, collaborating closely with producers, directors, crew, and on-screen talent to ensure smooth operations from day one. On set, I assisted with camera support, lighting coordination, and production design to uphold visual and technical quality standards, while managing talent and crew logistics, schedules, and real-time production needs to keep projects on track. Off-set, I contributed to office-based operations, including planning, asset organization, and post-production coordination, while staying plugged into every phase of the production pipeline.
Director of Content Operations at Thought Horizon LLC
May 17, 2021 - October 6, 2023
I built and led content operations for enterprise B2B clients, including T-Mobile, RapidScale, and Insperity, establishing governance frameworks, workflows, and brand standards from the ground up. I implemented intake-to-publish processes, project management systems, and resourcing models that increased throughput and reduced cycle time across the board. I owned editorial calendars spanning blog, email, social, and sales enablement assets, all mapped to ABM and pipeline goals. Working closely with SEO and demand gen teams, I aligned topics and distribution strategies and used performance data to prioritize the highest-impact work. Cross-functionally, I partnered with sales and product teams to deliver case studies, playbooks, and campaign content that moved the needle on pipeline.
Influencer Marketing Manager at Self-Employed
October 23, 2020 - Present
I develop end-to-end creator strategies for brand clients, from brief and audience targeting to channel mix and measurement. I source, vet, and contract influencers, negotiating rates and usage rights while ensuring full FTC compliance. On the execution side, I manage campaign workflows, content reviews, timelines, and cross-channel amplification to keep everything moving without losing quality. I instrument UTM tracking and custom dashboards to monitor ROI and optimize spend, consistently delivering an average 35% lift in reach and engagement. Beyond one-off campaigns, I build always-on ambassador programs and UGC libraries that fuel both paid and organic content long after the campaign ends.
Marketing & Communications Manager at KIPP Atlanta Schools
October 16, 2023 - Present
I own regional brand, enrollment, and community marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels for a multi-school network, translating audience insights into channel strategy, editorial road maps, and multi-format storytelling that puts scholar and family voices at the center. I lead cross-functional production and external vendor relationships end-to-end, keeping every deliverable on-brief, on-brand, and on time. Behind the scenes, I build and maintain analytics dashboards, run A/B tests, and iterate continuously, driving 30% awareness growth and 40% social engagement gains year over year. From content calendars and creative intake to performance reporting, everything I do connects back to enrollment targets and leadership priorities.

paper A Day in the Life of a KIPPster | KIPP Atlanta Schools

A Day in the Life of a KIPPster was a strategic storytelling piece that I conceptualized, directed, and produced from start to finish. I wanted to capture the full, authentic experience of what it means to be a scholar at KIPP Atlanta Schools: the joy, the discipline, the community, and the culture that fuels every moment of their day.

From the early morning walks to school to the classroom engagement, extracurriculars, and affirmations, this video was designed to highlight not just academic excellence, but the heart work happening every day.

paper Film Poster Design | Don’t Let a Church Kid Tell It

I had the opportunity to lead the graphic design for the official film poster for “Don’t Let a Church Kid Tell It”, a project produced by New Sunday Productions and developed for submission to film festivals and promotional use.

This project allowed me to merge strategic visual storytelling with creative execution, translating the film’s tone, themes, and emotional depth into a compelling, professional poster that aligns with industry standards for festival marketing. From concept to completion, I was responsible for the overall visual direction, typography, layout, and final delivery.

To execute this project, I utilized Canva for layout and composition, alongside Adobe Creative Suite for advanced design refinement and asset preparation. I also leveraged Adobe Lightroom to enhance and color-grade imagery, ensuring the visuals were cohesive, cinematic, and optimized for seamless integration into the final design.

This experience reinforced my ability to:
    • Design with intentionality and narrative focus
    • Adapt creative tools to meet professional, real-world deliverables
    • Balance artistic expression with brand and production needs
    • Collaborate effectively with production teams while meeting deadlines

I’m proud of this work not only because of the outcome, but because it reflects my growing versatility as a designer; blending creativity, technical skill, and professionalism to support meaningful storytelling.
