Hi, I’m Ted Ludzik, a Toronto-based video game professional with over a decade of experience in project management, writing, and game design. I enjoy leading cross-functional teams, refining production processes, and delivering high-quality experiences on time and within budget.
I’ve secured more than $1.8 million in grants and funding, scaled teams from single digits to healthy sizes, and contributed to both internal IP development and external work-for-hire. I’m passionate about storytelling, gameplay design, and collaborating with creative peers to build immersive worlds.
