I am the Statewide Team Lead of the Provider Engagement Department, serving as a strategic liaison between Centene, Superior HealthPlan, and our rapidly expanding provider network. I cultivate strong relationships with provider groups, individual practitioners, and healthcare organizations to ensure seamless contracting, credentialing, and network integration, while proactively resolving claims issues, addressing fee schedules, and handling contract inquiries to elevate provider satisfaction. I also represent Superior HealthPlan at physician events, hospital gatherings, and community engagements, leveraging public speaking to foster trust and build lasting relationships with providers and members. Since my promotion to Team Lead in 2022, I’ve expanded oversight across multiple SDA regions with deep expertise in pharmaceuticals, durable medical equipment, and other key healthcare sectors. I lead and support a statewide team of Provider Engagement Representatives, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and guidance needed to deliver exceptional service and drive organizational success.
