Paul Graham

Hi, I’m Paul Graham, an Instrumental Music Education Specialist and Band Director with over 30 years of experience leading arts education programs and integrating technology to enhance learning. I design curricula, create engaging lessons, and use collaborative, interdisciplinary approaches to help students develop strong musicianship and critical thinking.

I hold a Master of Music Education and a Post-Baccalaureate in Education, and I’ve led professional development across districts, managed budgets and programs, and built inclusive learning environments. I value honesty, love of learning, fairness, and humility, and I strive to mentor others and adapt to changing circumstances to achieve positive outcomes for students and communities.

I have created original compositions for wind ensemble and for jazz bands that have been performed at concerts and festivals. I use Finale music software for creating the original scores and playback along with audio software for recording and editing.
