Therese Aziz

I’m Therese Aziz, a Senior Project Manager & Producer with a strong focus on sustainability projects and activation work. As one of the first employees at the newly started agency The New Division, I helped build company-wide processes that streamlined operations and supported scaling to 14 people, while leading activation services including film, design, branding, events, external communications, and sustainability strategy. I also managed internal reporting systems and tools used daily for resource planning, pitches, and presentations.

I’m a generalist with a strong ability to execute end-to-end production needs across multi-disciplinary teams. My background in producing and client-facing project management enables me to thrive in fast-paced, multi‑faceted roles and to craft efficient workflows, budgets, scheduling, production, and new business development.
