Responsibilities include writing and editing materials for publication (AMA style), collaborating with multiple authors, preparing manuscripts for submission, tracking manuscripts through publication, and coordinating feedback from editors and reviewers. Create graphics and figures to present complex information for medical students, doctors, parents, the media, and the public in print and electronic formats. Coordinate grant applications including meeting coordination, minutes, and output documents. Review, communicate, and disseminate recommendations from national/international oversight organizations (CDC, FDA, WHO). Develop, edit, and format survey instruments; work with survey company to produce hard copy and online surveys. Produce, maintain, and monitor online surveys using Qualtrics. Monitor federal policies regarding vaccines, schedules and dosing through attendance at committee meetings. Participate in focus groups across US communities to understand decision-making on uptake
