Hi, I’m Marco Nito Mas. I do mixing and mastering for records and I easily handle post-production tasks for a variety of media, including live sound, podcasts and video projects. I enjoy collaborating with editors, directors and composers to craft clear, balanced sound that supports storytelling. I also run freelance sound editing and design projects through Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancer, building a solid track record of delivering on tight schedules.
I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Sound Direction at the Escuela Experimental y Realización Cinematográfica (INCAA) while continuing hands-on work at La Urburbuja Sonido, one of Buenos Aires’ largest post-production studios. My daily tasks include organizing material, prepping Pro Tools sessions, cleaning audio, applying noise reduction, and setting up mics and live feeds for TV. I hold a degree in Sound and Recording from UNLP and am completing additional coursework in Mastering for Audio Visuals at CFL No 414 in La Plata, as well as continued live‑sound and studio workflow experience.

This is a before and after of two audio files and how I work them to generate an industry quality from different processes in Pro Tools.
Recently I’m working on this Podcast in which my tasks are leveling to the LUFS standards of the platforms to which it is published, noise reduction and restoration, removing unwanted sounds, creative sound editing according to the narrative of the episode (which requires cutting and splicing phrases or words with others to finish closing an idea), equalization of voices to generate a homogeneous and pleasant to the ear coloratura.
I edit this entirely in DAW Pro Tools and use tools such as RX 11, Clear, Dx Revive, Fab Filter Bundle, Nugen Bunlde, etc.
For about a year I’ve been editing the sound of this weekly Podcast, in which my tasks are leveling to the LUFS standards of the platforms to which it is published, noise reduction and restoration, removing unwanted sounds, creative sound editing according to the narrative of the episode (which requires cutting and splicing phrases or words with others to finish closing an idea), equalization of voices to generate a homogeneous and pleasant to the ear coloratura.
