I recently graduated from Tufts University with an MFA in animation where I wrote and animated a number of short films. Before that, I worked for Poke Gravy Studios where I animated and created designs for music videos for artists such as Billy Ray Cyrus, Utkarsh Ambudkar, and youtube creators like Senor Wooly. Moreover, I have worked on explainer films and animations for online classes for clients like The Paint Bar, Boston Children’s Hospital, and GSK Pharmaceuticals. I just moved back home to Singapore last week and I am looking for opportunities to grow my network and professional relationships within Singapore. My skills are primarily focused on character animation, 2D VFX, and character and background design. I am very proficient in using Adobe Animate, Photoshop, AfterEffects, Premiere, and Illustrator; and, I also have experience using Blender, Maya, Houdini, and DragonFrame. I grew up in Singapore where I became addicted to anime, fantasy books, and the Pokemon games. I love good food, photographing animals, and playing in the snow with my dog. My art is inspired by a combination of my lived experiences, my relationships with the people closest to me, and my observations of social injustices and cultural inequalities present in our complicated world.
