I’m a music producer, composer, songwriter, recording engineer and studio owner based in Derby, UK. My work sits at the meeting point between emotional songwriting, cinematic production, live-band energy and modern studio craft. I produce across a wide range of styles including alternative rock, funk-punk, reggae, soul, hip-hop, drum & bass, electronic music, cinematic scoring and commercial ballads. I’m especially interested in music that tells a story — records with atmosphere, character, tension, emotional build and a clear artistic identity. I have my own studio setup and work with artists from early idea stage through to developed demos, vocal production, full arrangements, recording, mixing direction and release planning. I also compose and produce original music for film, animation, podcasts, live performance projects and branded creative content. My own artist work has involved building Skattabox, a cinematic alternative band project with a strong visual world, live-band identity and release strategy. Alongside that, I work on soul, pop, DnB, hip-hop and media composition projects, giving me a broad understanding of how to shape music for both artists and wider creative briefs.
