During the course of the collaboration, I faced challenges in communication and coordination with some team members. These issues included differences in design perspectives and disagreements on task prioritization. To address these matters, we held regular meetings and constructive feedback sessions to hear the opinions and suggestions of all team members. Utilizing project management techniques, I was able to clarify priorities and allocate tasks more effectively. By creating a positive collaborative environment and encouraging open communication, we were able to reach a mutual agreement and complete the project on time and with high quality. By overcoming these challenges, not only did the quality of our work improve, but the relationships among team members also strengthened. This resulted in a richer learning experience and enhanced both our individual and group capabilities.
