Hi, I’m Solomon Killam, an independent songwriter, producer, and musician currently enrolled in the Music Production & Engineering program at NSCC in Dartmouth. After high school I pursued an International Baccalaureate diploma and began an electrical engineering degree, but music soon became my main focus as I explored thousands of albums and started making my own songs. I moved to Halifax, immersed myself in the local scene, discovered bands like Green Eyes and Witch Hands, and discovered Music Nova Scotia where I’ve started building connections as an artist under the pseudonym Twin Moon. I’m excited about joining Nova Scotia’s music scene and contributing to a community that supports independent artists.
Professionally, I have experience in administration at Nova Scotia Legal Aid, strong data management, CRM exposure, and a long track record with Google Suite tools; I also previously worked at Michelin Waterville doing 12-hour summer shifts. My strongest skill is my lifelong experience with computers and programming to solve problems, and I bring a detail-oriented approach to organizing tasks and documents. I am eager to contribute as a Membership and Administration Coordinator for Music Nova Scotia and to remain dedicated to the local music community.
