Hi there! I’m Pierre Larue, a Luxembourg-based food engineer and nutrition enthusiast with hands-on experience in R&D, quality controls, and laboratory analyses. I’ve completed engineering studies with a focus on Food Science at Université catholique de Lille (FMMS) and gained practical experience through internships at Mondelez International, Brasserie Nationale de Luxembourg, ALVA, and Domaine Moselle wine, building a strong skill set in experimentation, data interpretation, and scientific communication.

I’m passionate about turning scientific insights into safer, healthier, and more sustainable food products. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing robust experiments, and sharing clear results to support product development and regulatory compliance.
