I’ve always believed the best leaders stay close to the craft, and that hands-on instinct shapes how I build teams, run critiques, and approach every problem I take on.
My work sits at the intersection of design, product, and business. I care deeply about understanding what people actually need, but I’m just as focused on what drives a business forward and I’ve spent my career finding the overlap between those two things. Great design isn’t just beautiful or usable; it moves the needle.
