My journey into product management began with a passion for technology and a drive to solve real problems for people. Early on, learning Java in high school showed me how a few lines of code could create something meaningful. That excitement led me to earn a Computer Science degree at UMass Lowell, where I balanced academics, part-time jobs, and helping my family launch a small business—experiences that taught me grit, flexibility, and empathy. After graduating, I spent over five years in technical support roles across healthcare and workforce management, where I naturally stepped into the space between customers and engineering teams. I listened to users, understood their pain points, translated technical issues, and prioritized what mattered most—essentially, doing the work of a product manager long before I pursued the title. This experience made me realize I wanted to have a more direct hand in shaping products, ensuring the voice of the user is heard from the very beginning. To build on this foundation, I earned a Master’s in Product Design and Development Management from Northwestern University. This program took me through the full product lifecycle: identifying opportunities, designing and testing solutions, and developing strategies for successful launches and growth. Along the way, I led projects, and deepened my customer-centric approach—skills at the heart of impactful product management. I recently graduated and am now actively seeking Product Manager opportunities where I can combine my technical background, hands-on customer experience, and passion for building products that truly make a difference.
