Vania Boneva

I’m Vania Boneva, a Bulgaria-based education and child/adolescent psychology professional turned trainer and facilitator. With a strong background in systemic family therapy and social-psychology work, I design and deliver participatory trainings that help schools and organizations prevent bullying and violence, build emotional intelligence, and strengthen supportive group dynamics.

Over the years, I’ve worked with partners such as UNICEF Bulgaria and national education institutions, scaling evidence-based prevention approaches while also leading large-scale youth and capacity-building projects. I enjoy creating safe, engaging learning environments using experiential methods (including creative and art-based tools), and I’m especially motivated by work that supports educators, youth workers, and marginalized groups through practical skills, reflection, and meaningful team development.
