My key responsibilities included: Designing and developing custom outfits as per client briefs Managing production timelines, coordinating with masterji, karigars, and embroidery teams Handling fabric sourcing, sampling, and finishing Overseeing photoshoots, styling, and product presentation for campaigns Creating and managing social media content, including Instagram reels, product posts, and visuals Designing and building the brand’s website, managing layout, visuals, and product listings Assisting in exhibitions and pop-ups — from setup and visual display to client interaction and sales Ensuring smooth communication between the design, production, and marketing teams This experience gave me an in-depth understanding of how a fashion label operates — from creative design to digital branding — and helped me develop strong skills in both fashion production and online brand creation.
